How to return an item

If you are not completely happy with your purchase, please read our returns policy and conditions carefully to ensure you are eligible to return your purchase and receive a store credit. Our policy lasts 14 days from the date the goods were delivered to you.

 

Conditions:

 To be eligible to return an item and receive a store credit for your returned item/s, they must:

 

  • must be received within 14 days of receiving your order 
  • must be new and unworn with all original swing tags attached 
  • must not be marked as a Sale item on our website
  • must not have make-up or fake tan marks 
  • must not smell of perfume, deodorant or washing power 

 

You must complete the returns form below and enclose it with the goods you are returning.  You do not need to email or contact us prior to sending your return to us. The returns form and goods must be returned to the address at the top of this page before and be receipted by us before we are able to issue your store credit.

The cost of return shipping is at the customer's expense, we do not refund or add credit for cost of return postage.

We inspect all return items upon receipt.  Returns which fail to comply with the above will be returned back to the purchaser.

We are unable to process returns and store credits until your item is received and has been inspected by us.

We unfortunately cannot accept responsibility for items that are lost or damaged by your courier when being returned to us.  We recommend you keep a copy of your couriers tracking number for your follow up.

Once we receive your return and subject to the conditions above, we will issue you a store credit covering the cost of the item, excluding the shipping charges.  We will send your credit note within 2 working days of receiving and inspecting your returned item.  Should the item still be available in your required size, you can purchase it with your store credit.  Regrettably we cannot hold items for exchange while we wait for your item to be returned.  

Earrings (for health reasons), accessories, discounted items and gift cards are not eligible for return.

We inspect every item to ensure it is in perfect condition, before it is dispatched to you. However, in the unlikely event you have received an item with a manufacturing fault you must inform us within 3 days of receipt and return the unworn item within 7 days of receipt for us to replace or refund. 

Please note that items that have been damaged due to wear and tear, or from being washed incorrectly, are not considered to be faulty, therefore are not eligible for exchange or refund.

We provide care labels on all of our garments to ensure they keep their original quality. If your garment is damaged because it was washed incorrectly we do not accept them back for return.
